Cell Coverage

On the Foothills Forum Survey, cell coverage came in as the No. 2 issue of concern for Rappahannock. Some 1,037, or 79.6 percent of respondents, weighed in on the topic.

38 percent don’t have access to cell coverage at home. Of those, nine in 10 say coverage is not available to them.

One third rated their coverage “poor.”
